Alumni

Graduated? Missing rowing? You can still stay involved with QCBC!

All QCBC alumni have the opportunity to stay actively involved in the club after graduating.

The Boar’s Head Boat Club

The Boar’s Head Boat Club is the Alumni Rowing Club of QCBC - allowing Alumnni to continue to row and race together - either in Cambridge, off-Cam or abroad. The Club is open to all former members of QCBC, and we are happy to assist with the organising of any crew races or reunions - if this is something you’d be interested in please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Alumni Events

There are two large events held each year which Alumni are invited to attend. Boars Head Dinner occurs in early Spring each year, where Alumni will be able to meet current students, reunite with past crews, and test out their rowing skills in the Williams Cup Tub Racing competition held before the dinner. The Annual QCBC Garden Party is also held on the last day of May Bumps each year at Osier Holt, Fen Ditton. This year, we welcomed over 200 Alumni, Staff, Students and Family to the event to showcase the best of rowing at Queens’.

Alumni Coaching

Please reach out to us by email or feel free to complete this form if you are going to be in Cambridge, even just for a couple of days, and would like to help out with coaching! We would be really grateful and it always nice to meet former members of the club.
