Bumped Fitzwilliam W2 then Rowed Over
We started out with a strong start, immediately gaining on Fitz. We kept powering through, and bumped Fitz just after grassy after an impressive corner from Kristina closing the gap between us, with Lucy Cav still quite a way behind us.
We were now head of the division and so the sandwich boat, so we had to row back to race in the next division. Already tired from our previous race, we had a slow start, with Homerton II pushing ahead off the start. Only a minute into the race, we had to hold it up due to a collision further down the river and then restart from the railway bridge.
After a better start, we were at one point two whistles away from Homerton after a crab, but they pulled away and although we put up a good fight, we ended with a rowover.
